AIM Propose VOC Changes in Colorado and New York
CARB is scheduled to adopt a new AIM coatings suggested control measure (SCM) in May 2019. The SCM is used by others for future AIM rule revisions.
Colorado and New York are considering adopting the Northeast Ozone Transport Commissions (OTC) Phase 2 Model rule controlling the amount of VOC CONTENT FOR Architectural and Maintenance Coatings.
