This is an afternoon of fun and food! 4-man scramble format, including lunch, greens fees/cart, and range balls. We’ll have a shotgun start at 12:30 p.m. A beverage cart will be available on the course. Following the tournament, we’ll have a cash bar and our awards/prizes ceremony.

FORMAT: 4-man scramble format.TIME: 11:00 a.m. – Lunch, Range

5:00 p.m. – Cash Bar, Awards, Prizes
ENTRY FEE: $ 85.00 per player (Lunch, golf/cart, range balls)

If you are hosting other players, please indicate all players’ names
on the registration form below. Please indicate Handicap next to names if possible.
If you are entering the tournament alone, you’ll be teamed with others single players into a scramble
foursome. Practice balls are provided on the range before tee-off. After the tournament, there will be a cash bar and awards ceremony.
